Weekly Recipe- My Favorite Rolls

Cresent Rolls
2 pkg. Yeast
2 c. warm water
Combine in bowl w/ a teaspoon sugar.  Let yeast grow for 10 min.

Once yeast is bubbly add:
 1/3 sugar
1/3 shortening
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk
1 egg
2 cups flour

Mix together & gradually add the rest of the flour (3-4 cups) until you have a workable dough (will be slightly sticky).

Let rise till double.

Punch down & divide in 3.

Roll out 1/3 into a circle shape about 1/4 inch thick.  Cut dough like a pizza, into 8 triangles.  Roll triangles from big end to small to make cresent shape.

Let rise. (or put in Freezer if you are making Freezer Rolls)
Bake at 375 for 12-15 min.

Enjoy!
This recipe works great for Freezer Rolls.
