On most busy mornings, we use a pancake mix. we don't have to worry about having enough milk or eggs. Just add water, stir, and wa-la, breakfast is served. However, I prefer the taste of my mother's Homemade from scratch pancakes. If you have never tried making pancakes, give it a try to see if you can taste the difference.
1 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
1 cup Milk
Combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder, then mix in the butter, egg, and milk.
That is it! It is really very simple and quick. Enjoy!
