What is a good stock up price? This is a question that I hear often- unfortunately there is not just one answer. Prices vary by region and items hold different value for different households. Each person must develop 'stock up prices' of there own. There are, however, several great resources to help us out.

Grocery Smarts.com is a website that provides an excel sheet shopping list for stores each week. One side column on the list is a stock up scale. You can chose from 4 states, it contains lists for Idaho, Arizon, California, & Washington, then you choose a store. This is a great resource to help you decide what a good stock up price is.
The most important thing to remember is not to stress yourself out. It is good & fun to save money, but not worth a lot of stress! Take it one step at a time and enjoy the coupon game!
