This is going to be a pretty busy next couple of weeks. We are planning 2 trips & moving. We will see at the end of 2 weeks if we are crazy.
Because our schedule is going to be crazy- we tried to plan some simple meals for this week.
Breakfast:
Pancakes
Eggs
Cereal
Oatmeal
Tangerines
Lunch:
Cheese Shells
Leftovers
Apples
Bananas
Dinner:
Monday- Spagetti
Tuesday- Pizza & Cauliflower
Wednesday- Skillet Lasagna (Hamburger Helper Style...)
Wednesday is our busiest day. We never have much time between work & our next appointment.
Thursday- Chicken & Garlic Potatoes
Friday- Zucchini Fajitas
Saturday-Sunday: Trip to my parents, Happy Easter!
It is weeks like this that I am very grateful for the habit of menu planning. It is great to know that I have things planned & the food to cook.
