We now live in a small town that only has one grocery store with high prices.  Our goal is to plan our menu enough in advance to be able to go shopping once every 2 weeks in Pocatello where we can get much better prices.  Menu planning allows us to do this.  It also helps my week go much smoother.  Photobucket
